The Clark PTA is happy to announce the recipients of the Golden Acorn award for the 2017-2018 school year are Katja Magus, Katy Tuttle, Pauline Tamblyn and Jennifer Krohn

Each year the Golden Acorn award is presented to a volunteer or volunteers to recognize their contribution to the school.  This year, the Clark PTA awarded the Golden Acorn award to the leaders in the Clark Art Program.  This is to honor their long hours and hard work that started at the end of the last school year with the packing of the art supplies and equipment in preparation of the move to the new school.  With the opening of the new Clark, they worked tirelessly to unpack, order and arrange all the supplies into distinct art stations and to fire up the new kiln.  We know the time and dedication that it has taken for them to coordinate and train art docents for 36 classrooms.  The proof that the art program at Clark continues to grow and thrive is beautifully displayed on the walls throughout the school.

Please join me in thanking them for all their hard work and contributions and for passing along their passion for art to all of our kids and inspiring the artist in each of them!
