Audition Information:

If your child has signed up to audition for The Secret Garden, please read below. If your child has NOT signed up for auditions yet, audition signups are closed.

Auditions are Monday March 16th in the MPR (cafeteria) after the last bell. Auditions will be from 3:45-6pm. Teachers and Shark Club are given a list of students signed up to audition and will be shared a list of who will be in the production. You do not need to escort your child to the MPR if they are at school already.  All parents/guardians must arrive to pick up their child when additions end at 6pm.

  • Please send your student with an extra snack that day. If you cannot send an extra snack, please email or text Rachael Cox (president@clarkpta.org/206-498-3872). We will try and have snacks for those that do not have any but cannot cover all 75 kiddos.
  • Auditions are not open to being observed as it distracts the students. Please wait outside the MPR until 6pm.
  • Not all students will get a part. There are 64 spots in the production. Please have a conversation with your student to set expectations.
  • Depending on the role your student may get, when auditions conclude Monday, they will need to stay to start rehearsing. We will announce who these kids are at 6pm.
  • Rehearsal schedules are role dependent. Each performer will get a printed schedule to go home with Monday with their schedule highlighted.
  • The performance is on Saturday at 11 am. Arrival time for performers will be listed on the rehearsal schedule as well. Doors open at 10 am for additional ticket sales and seating will begin 30 minutes before show time.

Tickets are required for anyone coming to the performance that is not a performer. Ticket sales open Monday after 4pm for purchase.

  • Children/students (17 and under): $5
  • Forever Roses: $3 each

Filming by parents during the performance is allowed and we will have an area for parents to seat in if they wish to record. 

We have specific time reserved at Clark after school. Meaning all students need to be picked up promptly at the end of their rehearsal times. If there are any issues, please contact Rachael at 206-498-3872.
