The Clark Elementary PTA hopes that K-2 students will join us on Wednesday, January 24, from 1:45 – 3:15 pm for a showing of the newly released “Despicable Me 3,” and that students in grades 3-5 will come out to see, “Rogue One” from the Star Wars franchise on Wednesday, January 31, from 1:45 – 3:50 p.m.
To have your child attend, please complete the form that was sent home with your child and send it with your payment of $10 to the PTA office by January 17. A drink and a selection of nut-free, gluten-free and dairy-free snacks will be provided, including popcorn.
Each movie day will be limited to 70 students with at least a 10-1 student-to-volunteer ratio -- registration is first come, first serve. We have also streamlined the process to release students to parents to make that as quick and efficient as possible.
Speaking of which…sign up here to be a parent volunteer for the event (one child’s fee is waived if you help out!).
If creating a SignUp Genius account is a barrier for you, but you’d still like to volunteer, please contact Katie or Chitra with your name, phone number and the date you’d like to work. If we do not have enough volunteers, we will be forced to limit the number of students to what we can handle with the volunteers that we have.
