Your child is invited to attend Clark PTA’s first “After-School Movie” of the year. Please return this permission slip and payment to Clark PTA by Nov. 7th for guaranteed attendance. Checks payable to Clark PTA.  Sorry, no refunds unless  movie is cancelled.  The movie is open to students in grades K-5. This event is  available only for Clark Elementary School students.
